Oral Argument Mahoney v. HUD

The argument in Mahoney v. Donovan et al at the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for DC is scheduled for 9:30am, May 10, 2013, but it is the second of three cases being heard by the panel. If all proceeds as scheduled–barring any last-minute changes–the argument in our case will not begin until sometime after 10:00am.
The clerk’s office advises that argument will be held in Courtroom 31, which is on the fifth floor of the E. Barrett Prettyman U.S. Courthouse, located at 333 Constitution Ave. NW. The nearest Metro is Judiciary Square.
